Yoga Instruction

Sarah has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 15 years, and began her own practice as a way to stay physically fit and reduce stress.

She did her initial month long training in Nicaragua, and completed her certifications to teach healing Meditation and Reiki here in the valley. 

Sarah believes in teaching progressively, so whether you are an experienced practitioner or new to Yoga, she will challenge and guide you compassionately.

Here at Ancala, she teaches Gentle Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative & Yin Yoga with Meditation, and beginners Yoga. Sarah also offer's private Yoga sessions by appointment.

Rebecca began her yoga journey four years ago. It wasn't until 2014 when a life altering event left her unable to participate in the physical activities she enjoyed. During this time she craved the time on her yoga mat; to be still and quiet her mind. After 10+ years working in corporate America she made the decision to pursue something more fulfilling. In 2016, Rebecca found a way to combine her faith with yoga, and completed her 200 hour certification with Yahweh Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She is in the process of completing the 500 hour advanced yoga teacher training.


Aqua Zumba, Low Impact Class & Beginner Pilates Instruction

Bonnie Kloock has been a fitness instructor for 25 years. She began her career as a professional dancer in New York City, which led her to a love of fitness. Bonnie graduated and received her certification from AFAA, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and then received her license and certification for Zumba and Aqua Zumba. Bonnie is always available after class for any questions you may have.
