Mobility is the ability to move through ranges of motion with control (core strength, balance, and coordination) without restriction.

Stick Mobility is a training system that improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination. Incorporating the stick into our movements combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery. The movements used with our mobility focuses on improving range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement.

Come join us for a fun stick mobility workshop and stay for a mimosa afterwards. Any member who attends this workshop will receive 1 complimentary mimosa when we are finished.

Mobility Workshop:

Get ready to:

  • Improve motor control by building muscle awareness
  • Use the stick as a tool to learn the methods to improve range of motion, muscle activation, full body strength, and body awareness
  • Reduce risk of injury with safer stretching techniques
  • Identify muscle imbalances that cause muscle tightness
  • Decrease joint pain by strengthening muscles attached to the joints
  • Release tension in your muscle tissue caused by stress and poor movement patterns
  • Correct and improve postural imbalances
  • Understand root causes of pain and “lack of mobility” and how to avoid and/or heal these issues
  • Enjoy a nice brunch with some mimosas following the class
