January Sunset Yoga for Monday, January 26, 2026
Join us for a blissful Sunset Yoga that will nourish your body, mind, and soul. This continuous flow of slow movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging you to let go of thought and focus on the experience of the present moment. You will be guided on a slow and beautiful moving meditation. This practice will be accessible to all levels and modifications will be offered.
You are welcome to bring your yoga mats. If you don't have one, we have mats available.
