Join Joe DiChiara, Director of Instruction, for two introductory classes to golf wellness. He will walk you through two of the most important aspects that matter in producing an efficient golf swing, mobility, and stability.

Without stability, it is impossible to be mobile! Stability is your body's ability to keep the proper joints stable so the ones meant to rotate can do their job. When this pattern becomes broken, your body will make compensations that can lead to poor golf shots or even injury.
