2019 July 4th – 2 Player Scramble
Thursday, July 4 – 8:00 AM Shotgun
FORMAT: 2 Player Teams – Scramble
Both players tee off. The team will then select the ball in the best position and both
players will hit from that position. This procedure will be repeated until the ball is
holed. Through the green the ball must be played from the same condition (i.e. fairway,
rough, bunker) and be played within one club length but not nearer to the hole. On the
green the ball must be played within one putter head length and not nearer to the hole.
HANDICAPS: Team Handicaps will be determined by using 35% of the “A” players handicap
plus 15% of the “B” players handicap rounded up/down.
FLIGHTS: Will be determined based on participation.
TEES: Men - Green Tees Ladies – Black Tees
*SPECIAL PAR 3 Note – On ALL Par 3’s All players will play from one Tee Up.
*Exception will be for those Men/Ladies who have played half or more of their scores
from the White Tees(Men) or Black/Silver Combo(Ladies)/Silver Tees(Ladies) may play
from those tees in accordance with Section 3-5 of the USGA Handicap Systems Book.
SPECIALTY CONTESTS: Closest to the Pins
Men – Holes #5, #8, # 11 & #17 Ladies Holes #5, #8, #11 & #17
COST: $40 per player - includes prize money in Golf Shop credit and Lunch following Golf.
TEAM SKINS: $20.00 Cash – NET over the field $20.00 Cash – GROSS over the field
(This is an OPTIONAL game and is NOT included in each players entry fee. All Skins will be paid out in Cash.)
