Menu: Baby greens wrapped in prosciutto sprinkled with goat cheese, pine nuts, dried cranberries, chives and roasted red pepper vinaigrette. Sake marinated Filet Mignon, wok seared with Diver Scallops Sweet soy Glaze, Sesame stir fried vegetables, Yukon Gold Hash, (caramelized onion, roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, diced slab bacon. Or Grilled Meagre (white fish, mild flavor) with skewered shrimp kabob, tomato, fennel, country olives, basil, olive oil, seasonal veggies, basmati rice.
